About Kat Koppett

is the Eponymous Founder of Koppett. a consultancy specializing in the use of improv and storytelling techniques to enhance individual and group performance. She is the author of Training to Imagine: Improvisational Techniques for Leaders and Educators to Enhance Creativity, Teamwork and Learning, and the co-author of The Facilitation Advantage with Therese Miclot. Her diverse client list includes Apple, Prezi, PwC, NASA, Global Giving, and the U.N. In 2019, she received the Capital Region Chamber’s Women @ Work Women of Excellence and NASAGA’s Ifill-Raynolds Lifetime Achievement Award.
