Training to Imagine: Improv Techniques for Trainers
Based on Kat's book of the same name, this course details the use of improvisational theatre techniques for trainers. Along with basic, fundamental facilitation skills, this program provides participants with a foundation for engaging learners more actively, increasing retention of content, deviating from the instructor's guide, rapid instructional design, and activity delivery. This program can be customized for two-, three-, and four-day designs.

Once Upon A Time There Was A Storytelling Workshop
This session explores how stories change learning and increase retention. Participants look at a myriad of story applications, from icebreakers to gap analyzers, retention enhancers to closers. They are presented with tools that aid in story creation, and discuss the potential uses and benefits of storytelling. This program is either a one or two day workshop.

This full day program delves into the mechanics and technology of listening and communicating complicated messages.
